What I have learned from creating my college magazine to my music magazine.

Since creating my music magzine I have gained more skills in photoshop. For example I know how to change the background of an image or take away the background. I have also learnt how to change the contrast/brightness of an image or adjust the colour of the image. An example of when I have used these skills would be for the front cover of my music magazine and the image for my double page spread as for both images I enhanced the vividness of the image. Another example is where I have taken away the background from the text I created in Picnik so the background was transparent.

I have learnt how to use a program called QuarkXpress. In this program I understand how to create picture and text boxes which I used on my front cover as well as my contents page.
