Misfits is a typical stereotypical teen drama that relates with everyday life teenagers go through including drugs, sex and relationships. The cast is a mixture of people today's society would expect to see doing community service.Nathan has a cocky nature and comes across as always causing mischief, Kelly is a typical chav who wears lots of make-up and has bad language, Alisha is a well known slag; we can tell this from the way she acts and dresses, Curtis doesn't come across as a bad guy, however his race could be a stereotypical reason, Simon comes across very innocent, however he is seen as a freak. All these reasons are typical examples of stereotyping, however these are the sort of reasons today's society frown upon and have been forced to believe are reasons why someone should be an outcast.
